Great to meet you!

If you've been so focused on where you think you should be that you've lost touch with where you actually are, therapy can help you slow down and make sense of it. I work with adults, especially young adults, men, and professionals, who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted from carrying everything on their own: the anxiety that won't quiet down, the burnout that's crept in, the relationship or career decision you can't stop turning over.

Painful moments often show up right before growth does. That discomfort, the sense that something isn't working anymore, can be the start of real change. It takes some vulnerability to try something different, but you don't have to figure out the next step alone. We'll start right where you are and work toward a life that feels more manageable and meaningful.

My approach to therapy

I use person-centered, collaborative care. You're the expert on your own life, so therapy is shaped around your goals and what matters most to you. My job is to offer support, perspective, and tools as you notice patterns that aren't serving you and move toward change.

I keep it conversational, not clinical. I'll often use examples from sports, music, movies, comics, video games, even a LEGO build, whatever connects with you, because tying an idea to something familiar makes it easier to actually use in everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting comfortable and figuring out if we're a good fit. We'll talk through what brought you in, what's been going on, your strengths and supports, and what you're hoping will change. You don't need to share everything at once; we'll move at your pace.

Expect me to be warm, curious, and engaged, and occasionally to gently push back or offer a different angle when it might help. You don't need to have it all figured out. This is just a chance to see where you are, where you want to go, and whether working together feels right.
