Kevin Dudeck

As a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Mobile, Alabama, I earned both my Master of Arts in Counselor Education and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Alabama. My professional background spans over three decades of public service and clinical care, including extensive experience as a U.S. Probation Officer specializing in drug, alcohol, and mental health treatment clientele, in addition to counseling roles across various clinical settings. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use, anger management, stress, relationship/marital conflict, and mid-life or retirement transitions. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space to help you process experiences, gain clarity, build emotional regulation, and move forward on your own terms.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, non-judgmental, and practical. I view reaching out for support as proving resilience, and my role is to serve as a steady, trusted presence while providing a safe, confidential space to listen intently and process your experiences. Rather than giving advice or deciding what is best for you, my focus is to help you navigate challenges on your own terms so you can make purposeful choices, build emotional regulation, restore relationships, and gain lasting clarity and balance.
