Hello, My Name is Kevin Findlay. I am a New Jersey Native currently holding a LCSW license. I believe in client lead therapy. You are the master and expert of your life I am here to assist in navigating, supporting and assisting in helping you to reach your potential through psycho-education and therapy.
My approach is to meet the client where they are currently at. I have a mix between solution focused and CBT style therapy.
The first session would include policy and procedure as well as HIIPPA laws. We would also go over client expectations regarding scheduling, cancelling and session expectations. Goal setting as well as client expectations would also be apart of the session as well.
