Great to meet you!

Many people spend years carrying stress, trauma, relationship struggles, or questions about who they are without ever talking about it. Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, especially if you've spent a long time trying to handle everything on your own. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, identity concerns, relationship challenges, grief, or major life transitions, you don't have to face it alone.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor serving clients in Texas and Arizona, I provide a warm, affirming, and supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and respected. I work with adolescents and adults, including individuals navigating LGBTQIA+ identities and experiences, men's issues, and major life transitions. Together, we'll explore what's contributing to your struggles, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools that support healing, resilience, confidence, and lasting emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel collaborative, personalized, and grounded in trust. My goal is to create a space where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and experiences while feeling accepted for who you are. Together, we'll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck and focus on building meaningful, sustainable change.

My approach draws from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and strengths-based interventions. Whether you're working through anxiety, trauma, relationship concerns, identity exploration, grief, or life transitions, we'll focus on practical strategies that align with your values and goals.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong foundation for therapy. We'll talk about what brought you in, what challenges you're facing, and what you hope will be different in your life moving forward. My goal is to create a welcoming environment where you feel comfortable showing up as your authentic self.

As we work together, you can expect compassion, collaboration, and practical support. We'll identify strengths you can build on, develop healthy coping skills, and create a plan that feels realistic and meaningful. My hope is that therapy helps you feel more confident, connected, and empowered to move forward in a way that reflects who you are and what matters most to you.
