Allow me to introduce myself my name is Kevin and I’m a licensed professional counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. I have been practicing for 18 years. I have a Masters Degree in Counseling from Cairn University in Langhorne, Pennsylvania in 2006. Since then I have sought to continue to educated myself in many different modalities so that I can be as well rounded as I can be to meet the needs of many counselees.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have become well versed in the framework of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Reality Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems.

I have learned and practiced the benefits of Mindfulness, Relaxation, and tapping into one's own spirituality. I have had extensive training in trauma focused therapies and helping individuals to successfully move forward beyond these events in their lives.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to take away many helpful skills and a different mindset. In addition to other strategies that make the best like more possible.
