Great to meet you!

My name is Kevin Heller, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I earned my master’s degree in Community Counseling from Argosy University in 2012 and my bachelor’s degree from Ball State University in 2006. My professional background includes community mental health, healthcare settings, and online counseling.

I strive to provide a welcoming space where you can speak openly, feel heard, and work toward meaningful change. Together, we can explore the challenges bringing you to therapy and identify goals that fit your needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on your individual needs. I take time to understand your experiences, strengths, and goals so we can work together at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

We will explore patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical strategies for managing challenges. My goal is to help you gain insight, build coping skills, and make progress you can carry into everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know each other and discuss what brought you to therapy. We will talk about your current concerns, relevant background, and what you hope to gain from counseling. You will also have time to ask questions and share what helps you feel comfortable and supported.

You do not need to have everything figured out before we meet. Together, we will begin identifying your priorities and create an initial plan for moving forward.
