Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Dr. Kevin Jablonski, a psychologist specializing in clinical, health, and trauma psychology with over 25 years in practice. Much of my practice focuses on addressing loneliness, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship challenges. My therapeutic approach is person-centered and evidence-based. I'm dedicated to crafting a therapeutic partnership that honors your unique journey toward healing and personal growth, and I strive to impart my unwavering hopefulness and optimism to you.

My approach to therapy

I treat therapy as a collaborative process that works best from an authentic, respectful, and curious approach. My approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and Gestalt techniques. Coaching techniques often serve a positive role as well. I value pragmatic homework and between-session practice as essential to a client’s growth. I want to help clients achieve their goals, build emotional resilience, and experience joy in living.

What you can expect from me

I always want to respect my client's busy schedules and while I don't want to create more work for them, I'm a big believer in clinical 'homework.' So much healing occurs outside of the therapy session when clients apply the insights and skills they learn in therapy to their real-world experiences. While effective therapy can occasionally be challenging, I hope my clients leave each session feeling more resilient, hopeful, and better prepared to face life's challenges.
