Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Ohio with a focus on OCD, anxiety, and related concerns. I’ve completed advanced ERP training through the Cognitive Behavior Institute and have worked with dozens of clients navigating intrusive thoughts, uncertainty, and fear-based patterns. I bring an open, collaborative style to sessions—aiming to make therapy both practical and human.

My approach to therapy

My approach is active, compassionate, and research-driven. I draw from Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Inference-Based CBT. Together, we’ll focus on learning new ways to relate to fear and discomfort—not just to resist it—so that life can expand again in meaningful directions.

What you can expect from me

In our first meeting, we’ll get a clear picture of what’s bringing you to therapy and what you hope to change. I’ll ask questions to understand your experiences and patterns, explain how treatment works, and outline next steps. My goal is for you to leave with a sense of direction, relief, and hope that progress is possible.
