Great to meet you!

I offer a warm, thoughtful space where you don’t have to have it all figured out or rush to “fix” things. I pay close attention to what your mind and body are trying to tell us and look beneath the symptoms before we decide on next steps. My goal is for you to feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported as we make sense of what’s going on together.

My approach to therapy

I work through conversation and collaboration. With clients moving from young adulthood into midlife, I often use ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) to help you live more in line with what truly matters to you. For anxiety and PTSD, I draw on somatic work and DBT skills to calm your nervous system and build a deeper sense of safety in your body and mind.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, open space to talk about what you’ve been going through and what feels most important right now. We’ll start to notice patterns, clarify what a more meaningful life could look like for you, and set shared goals and a plan. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, less alone, and more hopeful about the path ahead.
