Great to meet you!

I am blessed to get the opportunity to hear your story. I have been helping people for 25+ years. I graduated from San Jose State University with a Master's in Social Work. I specialized in child welfare, focusing on children and families. I've gained significant experience with seniors and those with ADHD and autism. Additionally, I hold clinical social work licenses in Illinois and California.

My approach to therapy

You are more than the problems that consume you. By looking at who you are, where you've been, and where you want to go, we'll create a plan to get you there. We'll build on your strengths. We'll help you develop skill, sharpened to overcome your challenges..

What you can expect from me

This work is hard! By providing practical skills and support you will be able to defeat negative messaging, problematic behaviors and improve your circumstances.
