Great to meet you!

If you've been told by a church, a family, or a community that who you are is the problem — that's not what you'll find here. I work with LGBTQ+ individuals, people healing from religious trauma or spiritual abuse, and anyone managing anxiety, depression, or addiction who needs a therapist who understands the full picture. My background includes years working in progressive faith spaces and LGBTQ+ communities, and I've sat with people through grief, domestic violence, identity struggles, and more. I'm hopeful by nature. I don't think therapy has to mean staying in the painful place. Together, we can start looking toward what's possible.

My approach to therapy

I draw on ACT, CBT, and Solution-Focused therapy, adapting to what you actually need. ACT helps you clarify your values and stop fighting feelings that aren't going away. CBT helps challenge the thought patterns keeping you stuck. Motivational Interviewing gives us a framework when change feels hard. Sessions are collaborative and goal-oriented, with room to slow down when something needs space.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation. I want to hear what brought you here and what you're hoping for. We'll talk about your background, your goals, and what you've already tried. No pressure to have it all figured out. By the end, we'll have a starting point that was built around you.
