I've spent over thirty years walking alongside people as they work through some of life's most difficult experiences. As a Licensed Professional Counselor my journey has taken me across the Caribbean, Africa and Europe with the U. S. Army, shaping a deep respect for culture, resilience and healing.

I use a solution focused and motivational interviewing approach, which means I help clients focus on strengths, set clear goals, and find practical next steps while supporting their own reason for change.

Clients can expect a welcoming, low pressure first session focused on building rapport and understanding their needs.
