I am easy going. I have a more philosophical and spiritual understanding of the human condition. I specialize in alcoholism/addiction, bipolar/more intense diagnoses, and work well with most presenting issues (anxiety, depression, trauma, etc,).
I am very person-centered and consider the therapeutic relationship, a kind of spiritual friendship, essential to the healing process.
I hope that you take away from our sessions a lightening of being, some new ways of looking at things and of experiencing the world. I will encourage you to fully experience your self.
