Great to meet you!

Great to meet you! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and an ordained, licensed minister with over a decade of experience helping individuals pursue truth, growth, and lasting well-being. Reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, so I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to take this first step. I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people as they navigate anxiety, depression, stress, and a variety of other challenges, and I’m committed to providing a space that is both supportive and grounded in meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I primarily use a cognitive-behavioral, truth-centered approach to therapy that helps identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns influencing emotions and actions. Together, we’ll examine whether your thinking aligns with what is accurate and true, rather than being driven by fear, assumptions, or past experiences. As these patterns shift, you can experience greater emotional stability, make clearer decisions, and build healthier, more consistent ways of living.

What you can expect from me

We’ll begin with an introductory session where you can share your story and what you hope to gain from therapy. From there, we’ll collaborate to clarify your goals and the path forward. I aim to create a warm, welcoming environment where you feel comfortable being open and vulnerable, while also feeling safe and supported. In the sessions that follow, we’ll continue working together to turn those goals into meaningful, lasting change.
