Great to meet you!

I have over 16 years of experience helping individuals and families navigate anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, trauma, and difficult life transitions. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, struggling with relationships, working through experiences from your past, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can provide a space to better understand what's going on and find a healthier way forward.

I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, and I believe each person brings their own experiences, strengths, and needs to therapy. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive environment where you feel heard and understood while developing practical tools to manage challenges, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change in your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, solution-oriented, and tailored to the person in front of me. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, we'll focus on what is most important to you and identify patterns, experiences, or challenges that may be making it difficult to move forward. We'll also build on the strengths you already have and develop strategies you can use outside of our sessions.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, trauma-focused approaches, and other methods based on your individual needs and goals. Depending on what brings you to therapy, our work may focus on managing anxiety or depression, processing trauma, navigating relationship or family concerns, building healthier coping skills, or creating greater stability and confidence in everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and understand what brings you to therapy. We'll talk about what you've been experiencing, what's most important to you right now, and what you'd like to gain from our work together. You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin.

You can expect me to be warm, open-minded, and engaged throughout the process. I'll listen without judgment, ask thoughtful questions, and work alongside you to identify realistic steps toward your goals. My hope is that therapy helps you better understand yourself, feel more equipped to handle life's challenges, and build changes that continue beyond our sessions.
