Great to meet you!

With over 15 years of clinical experience, I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, addictions, and related challenges. My work is rooted in evidence-based therapies, always delivered through a client-centered, humanistic lens. Compassion is central to my approach, and I strive to avoid stigmatizing language—particularly in the treatment of addiction. I do not view people as “addicts,” but as individuals seeking relief from suffering.

My approach to therapy

In addition to insight-oriented individual therapy, I offer exposure therapy to treat OCD and phobias. Also, I have completed over 5000 psychological assessments. Relying on that experience, I can help determine diagnoses and treatment options.

What you can expect from me

Fundamentally, I believe therapy aims to enhance resiliency, to promote a sense of inner strength.
