Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Dr. Kevin Obi, a board-certified mental health practitioner. I work with individuals across the lifespan, from children to older adults. Some of my specific treatment areas of focus include depression, bipolar and anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, and personality disorders. I recognize that seeking mental health treatment can be a vulnerable and challenging experience, and I aim to provide a compassionate and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach to providing care is evidence-based and incorporates the latest research and best practices in psychiatry. Depending on a patient’s needs, I use a combination of psychotherapy, medication management, and other evidence-based interventions to help patients manage their mental health conditions effectively. I understand that mental health treatment is not a one-size-fits-all approach, and I am committed to helping my patients achieve optimal mental health and quality of life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions supported with a better understanding of their mental health conditions, practical coping skills, and strategies for managing symptoms. My goal is to empower clients to take an active role in their mental health journey and equip them with the tools they need to thrive. I understand that seeking help for mental health issues can be a complex and vulnerable experience. I am excited to work with you and help you achieve your mental health goals.
