Great to meet you!

When you've been carrying something for a long time, it can start to feel like that's just how life is supposed to be. Anxiety, depression, caregiving responsibilities, chronic illness, grief, or difficult relationships can slowly wear you down until simply getting through the day takes more energy than it should.

For more than 16 years, I've helped adolescents, adults, and older adults navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, chronic illness, grief, caregiving responsibilities, and major life transitions. My goal is to provide a supportive, practical space where you feel heard, understood, and equipped with tools that help you create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be collaborative, practical, and tailored to your unique needs. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we'll work together to better understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, recognize the strengths you already have, and develop practical strategies you can use long after therapy ends.

My work draws from evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavioral Activation (BA), Motivational Interviewing, and Positive Psychology. Whether you're working through anxiety, depression, chronic illness, relationship concerns, grief, or a major life transition, my goal is to help you move forward with greater confidence, resilience, and a renewed sense of direction.

What you can expect from me

Therapy doesn't require you to have everything figured out before you begin. Our first session is simply a chance for us to get to know one another, talk about what's been weighing on you, and explore what you hope will be different moving forward. Together, we'll create a plan that reflects your goals, your strengths, and the life you want to build.

Clients often describe me as warm, collaborative, and practical. My hope is that you'll leave each session feeling heard, supported, and equipped with tools you can use in everyday life, along with greater confidence in your ability to navigate whatever comes next.
