My approach to therapy

I have developed my skills in trauma, crisis intervention, assessment, and interpersonal communication. I utilize a variety of therapeutic models, including Trauma-Focused, Cognitive Behavioral, Psychodynamic, Humanistic-Experiential, Solution-Focused, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. This diverse toolkit allows me to personalize my approach based on your unique needs, helping you develop new skills, change destructive patterns, and embark on a path of self-discovery.
