Great to meet you!

Life can be difficult, and none of us are immune to its challenges. At some point, we all face moments of struggle, pain, and brokenness. But you don't have to navigate those moments alone! As a licensed professional counselor with 8 years of experience, Kevin has had the honor to walk with many individuals and families through these challenges and experience joy, growth and healing. Drawing on his knowledge of CBT, ACT and Motivational interviewing, Kevin combines these with his compassion and gentle humor to help guide others towards health and healing.

A bit about my approach to therapy

There is no one size fits all approach to counseling. Kevin uses an empathetic approach, drawing on techniques from CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing and other evidence-based approaches.
