I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, (LPC) who resides in Georgia. I proudly hold a master's degree in Community Counseling from Argosy University. I have over 20 years of work-related experience from treatment facilities, private practice, professional development and Life Coaching as well as private and institutional support roles as a consultant and clinical supervisor. I am proficient in Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy Models.

I am an open-minded solution-oriented therapist that believes in goal setting, reinforcing strengths and guiding you to awareness and insight that encourages personal growth and self-reliance. I am motivated to help clients find healthy coping tools to address difficult challenges and identify creative ways and opportunities meet life's stressful demands.
