Great to meet you!

I’m Kevin Weiland, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adults navigating trauma, ADHD, and life transitions. I help people understand themselves more deeply and build lives that feel calmer, clearer, and more aligned. My background includes somatic and experiential therapy, and I bring a compassionate, steady presence to the work.

My approach to therapy

My approach is mindful, somatic, and relational. I help you slow down, notice what’s happening in your body and emotions, and understand the deeper patterns shaping your life. I’m collaborative and curious, and we work together to create real, meaningful change that feels grounded and achievable.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll get to know each other and talk about what’s bringing you in. I’ll ask questions to understand your goals and what you need to feel supported. My aim is to create a calm, safe space where you feel heard, respected, and at ease moving at your own pace.
