Great to meet you!

Greetings, I look forward to meeting you. By way of introduction, I have nearly 20 years of experience providing counseling to children, adolescents, adults, and families in school, community, residential, and outpatient settings. I have worked with a wide range of mental health and life concerns, including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, family and relationship concerns, life transitions, and co-occurring mental health and substance-use issues.

My approach is collaborative and practical. I believe therapy should be tailored to the individual, building on your strengths while developing strategies that can make a meaningful difference in your everyday life. I incorporate motivational interviewing and other evidence-informed approaches based on your needs and goals.

Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, I'd welcome the opportunity to talk with you about how therapy might help.

My approach to therapy

Life can feel overwhelming, and reaching out for help is an important first step. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, better understand what you're experiencing, and work toward meaningful change.
