Great to meet you!

I am a Hispanic, bilingual therapist fluent in both English and Spanish, I bring a culturally sensitive and inclusive approach to the work I do. I earned my degree from Fordham University and have several years of experience working in the mental health field. My passion lies in helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with authenticity, self-compassion, and resilience.

I specialize in supporting clients who are dealing with depression, anxiety, and identity-related concerns. I have a strong focus on working with the LGBTQ+ community and strive to create a safe, affirming, and nonjudgmental space for all clients to explore their unique experiences. My goal is to help people feel seen, heard, and empowered as they move toward healing and personal growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), empowerment-based practices, and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I believe in meeting clients where they are and working collaboratively to build insight, develop coping tools, and support lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect a compassionate, supportive environment where you’ll be listened to without judgment. I prioritize building a strong, trusting relationship where you feel safe to express yourself openly. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences to help you better understand yourself and the patterns that may be holding you back.

My goal is to support your growth and healing so that over time, you feel more confident, empowered, and equipped to manage life’s challenges on your own. Therapy is not meant to last forever. My hope is that you’ll gain the tools, insight, and self-awareness needed to “graduate” when you’re ready and continue living a fuller, more intentional life.
