Great to meet you!

You could've chosen any profile on this platform, and yet here you are :-) That let's me know you have good taste. As a mental health therapist with a decade of experience, I specialize in helping clients feel grounded, seen, and supported as they navigate life’s most complex emotions.

I hold two master’s degrees and advanced certifications in EMDR and Brainspotting, allowing me to integrate mind–body approaches that target the root of trauma, not just the symptoms.

My work is especially aligned with clients seeking culturally competent, compassionate care. As a Black woman clinician, I prioritize representation, safety, and affirmation. My practice centers on reducing stigma, increasing transparency, and creating a space where clients can experience landing gently and growing organically as they see fit.

My therapeutic style is warm, relational, and solution-focused. I help clients strengthen their internal stability, understand their emotional patterns, and reclaim a sense of empowerment.

If you’re looking for therapy that blends expertise with humanity and a space where you don’t have to explain your existence before you can heal, I would be honored to work with you.

My approach to therapy

I believe the therapeutic relationship is the hallmark of successful therapy. I want you to feel supported, seen and most importantly challenged and empowered. I will stir the pot, challenge you and provide you all the necessary tools to succeed. I will work as hard as you work. =Your role is to work me out of a job! I am merely a supporter in this journey, you are the expert of your life.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to say, "Hey, that wasn't so bad after all."
