Great to meet you!

I have had the pleasure of practicing since 2018 in a clinical setting, with over 8 years of experience. I began by treating trauma in adolescents and children, and substance use in adults.

My approach to therapy

Currently, I continue to treat trauma in adults with extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy that is trauma focused, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy. My other areas of specialty include grief and bereavement, anxiety, disorders, depressive disorders, stress management, attachment, issues, self-esteem, and PTSD.

What you can expect from me

I am excited to partner with you toward health and wellness. As a therapist, my mission is to provide a safe environment to foster vulnerability, free of judgment, so that overall quality of life is improved. I hope to empower you to meet all of life’s goals as you process stressors and various traumas. I look forward to celebrating the person you become on the other side of trauma.
