Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges while building resilience, confidence, and meaningful change. I earned my Master of Social Work from Arizona State University and have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families across a variety of settings.

My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, stress management, life transitions, self-esteem, relationship challenges, burnout, and trauma. I also have experience supporting foster, adoptive, and kinship families, as well as individuals navigating parenting and caregiving responsibilities.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental approach to therapy. I believe that every person has unique strengths, and my role is to help clients identify those strengths while developing practical tools to navigate life's challenges. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves, exploring difficult emotions, and working toward meaningful goals.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my primary goal is to get to know you and understand what brings you to therapy. We'll discuss your current concerns, relevant life experiences, strengths, and what you hope to gain from the therapeutic process. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and determine whether I feel like a good fit for your needs.

Depending on each client's needs, common therapy goals may include reducing symptoms of anxiety or depression, improving stress management, strengthening self-esteem, developing healthy coping skills, improving relationships and communication, processing difficult experiences, navigating life transitions, and preventing burnout. I also help clients build emotional resilience, increase self-awareness, and develop practical strategies they can use in their daily lives.
