Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults navigating life’s challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, family challenges, domestic violence, postpartum depression, and miscarriage. I’m bilingual in Spanish and bicultural, and I value creating an inclusive space where clients from all backgrounds feel seen, respected, and understood.

I believe everyone has a story that matters and the inner strength to grow, even during difficult times. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where you can feel heard, process your experiences, and build skills to move forward with confidence.

My approach is warm, client-centered, and empowering. I help clients recognize their strengths and turn challenges into opportunities for growth. I use evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, ACT, and Solution-Focused Therapy. For those who find it meaningful, I also offer a faith-based perspective as part of the healing process.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to support you wherever you are in your journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, supportive, and client-centered. I create a safe space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported, especially if you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, relationship stress, family dynamics, self-esteem, boundaries, postpartum challenges, pregnancy loss, and major life transitions. Together, we build on your strengths, better understand the patterns keeping you stuck, and develop practical tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control.

I am EMDR trained and certified and use evidence-based approaches including EMDR, IFS, Mindfulness, CBT, DBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing. I tailor therapy to your unique needs and provide culturally sensitive care. I offer therapy in English and Spanish, with the option to include spirituality when it is meaningful to you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space where we’ll get to know each other. I’ll ask about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any concerns you may have, while moving at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

You don’t need to have everything figured out I’m here to support you, answer your questions, and help you feel at ease as we begin your journey.
