Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults navigating life’s challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, family challenges, domestic violence, postpartum depression, and miscarriage. I’m bilingual in Spanish and bicultural, and I value creating an inclusive space where clients from all backgrounds feel seen, respected, and understood.

I believe everyone has a story that matters and the inner strength to grow, even during difficult times. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where you can feel heard, process your experiences, and build skills to move forward with confidence.

My approach is warm, client-centered, and empowering. I help clients recognize their strengths and turn challenges into opportunities for growth. I use evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, ACT, and Solution-Focused Therapy. For those who find it meaningful, I also offer a faith-based perspective as part of the healing process.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to support you wherever you are in your journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, supportive, and client-centered. I create a safe space where you can feel heard and understood, especially if you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or alone.

I specialize in supporting women navigating postpartum challenges, pregnancy loss, relationship stress, and trauma. Together, we build on your strengths and develop practical tools to help you feel more in control and grounded.

I use evidence-based approaches like EMDR, IFS, Mindfulness, CBT, DBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing, and I tailor each session to your unique needs. I also offer culturally sensitive care and can provide therapy in Spanish, with the option to include spirituality if it’s important to you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space where we’ll get to know each other. I’ll ask about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any concerns you may have, while moving at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

You don’t need to have everything figured out I’m here to support you, answer your questions, and help you feel at ease as we begin your journey.
