Great to meet you!
I believe therapy should be a space where you don’t have to shrink, perform, or have all the right words to begin healing. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and trauma therapist specializing in complex trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, and the ways chronic stress can show up in both the mind and body.
My approach is trauma-informed, somatic, and culturally responsive. I integrate EMDR, Brainspotting, somatic therapy, attachment-based approaches, and parts work to help clients move beyond simply understanding their patterns and begin creating change that they can actually feel.
I especially enjoy working with high-achieving adults, neurodivergent clients, and LGBTQIA+ individuals who may look like they’re functioning well on the outside while carrying a lot internally. My practice is affirming of diverse identities, relationships, and lived experiences, including queer, kink, and consensually non-monogamous communities.
I hold graduate degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Public Health, which shape my understanding of mental health within the larger context of relationships, identity, community, culture, and systemic stress.
Ultimately, my goal is to help you feel safer being fully yourself—while building the capacity to feel, process, and heal what you’ve had to carry.
