Great to meet you!

I’m Dr. Keyon Anderson, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and co-founder of New Normal Collective. I help individuals and couples who feel anxious, disconnected, or weighed down by old patterns find clarity, confidence, and connection. My goal is to make therapy feel like a real conversation—a space where you can exhale, be honest, and not worry about getting it “right.” Together, we’ll slow down, make sense of what’s been hard, and start moving toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational and collaborative, blending authenticity with practical tools for growth. I draw from Emotionally Focused, Solution-Focused, and Narrative therapies to help clients understand the “why” behind their patterns while building new ways to cope and connect. I believe therapy works best when it feels genuine and grounded—less about perfection, more about progress at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about connection and comfort. You’ll have space to share what’s bringing you in and what you hope to get out of therapy. I’ll ask questions to better understand your story, but we’ll go at a pace that feels right for you. My hope is that you leave our first session feeling seen, understood, and hopeful about the work ahead.
