Great to meet you!

As an existential therapist, I support clients in exploring the deeper questions of meaning, purpose, and authenticity in their lives. I believe that healing begins when we can approach life with curiosity rather than fear, and when we are empowered to live in alignment with our true values. My work is grounded in the principles of existential therapy—focusing on freedom, responsibility, and connection—while integrating holistic modalities to nurture the mind, body, and spirit.

In addition to talk therapy, I incorporate practices such as mindfulness, reiki, and yoga to help clients connect with their inner wisdom and regulate their nervous system. These approaches provide tools for grounding, increasing self-awareness, and fostering balance. Whether it’s learning to quiet the mind through breathwork, restoring energetic harmony through reiki, or building resilience through mindful movement, I tailor my approach to each client’s unique needs.

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and spiritual concerns. My intention is to create a safe, compassionate, and collaborative space where you can explore your experiences and cultivate a more meaningful, fulfilling life.

If you are seeking a therapist who honors the whole self—mind, body, and spirit—I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is first and foremost on building a strong foundation of trust and safety within our relationship. I take a client centered approach, but also seek to challenge and offer alternative perspectives to aid in decision making as well as to get out of thoughts that may be keeping you "stuck". More than anything else, I like to meet the client where they are at and enable the client to feel confident and empowered in who they are and whatever lies ahead!

What you can expect from me

A key takeaway from sessions together is a development of self understanding, balance, and self acceptance!
