Great to meet you!

My passion is rooted in working with individuals who may find themselves faced with challenges such as depression, anxiety, life transitions, as well as racial trauma. I enjoy helping others embrace their power. Additionally, I enjoy working with clients within the Black and POC community to help address and decrease the stigma and barriers associated with receiving mental health treatment.

My approach to therapy

Although my primary way of helping others address their mental wellbeing is through a cognitive and behavioral approach, I believe integrating techniques catered to the individual is essential for change. Additionally, I believe our mental health is interconnected with our physical and spiritual well-being. Therefore, my focus is to help others align those elements for improved overall health.

What you can expect from me

Most of my clients gain or enhance a comprehensive understanding of their concerns within the first month and experience gradual lifting of symptoms that deconstruct generational trauma cycles.
