Great to meet you!

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Art Therapy and my doctorate in Clinical Psychology, and for over 15 years, I’ve worked with people at all stages of life, helping them through transitions, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, and more. I supervise other clinicians, lead presentations on various psychological topics, and am trained in cognitive-behavioral and apply holistic approaches. My style is warm, open, and uniquely tailored to each individual because I believe healing looks different for everyone. Outside of therapy, I find peace in nature, and I bring that same sense of grounding into my work.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. With training in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and a holistic perspective, I help clients explore the connections between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while also considering the bigger picture, your environment, relationships, and overall well-being. I believe therapy is not just about coping but about discovering deeper self-awareness, healing past wounds, and creating meaningful change. My goal is to help you feel empowered, heard, and understood every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect to gain clarity, relief, and a deeper understanding of yourself. Together, we will uncover patterns that may be holding you back, build healthier ways to navigate life’s challenges, and help you reconnect with your own strength and resilience. You won’t just learn coping strategies, you’ll gain tools for lasting change, self-compassion, and a renewed sense of direction. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling heard, supported, and more confident in your ability to create the life you want.
