Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges with compassion, understanding, and evidence-based care. I specialize in perinatal mental health, supporting clients through pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, pregnancy loss, and the transition into parenthood.

In addition to perinatal mental health, I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, client-centered, and tailored to your unique needs and goals.

I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you feel safe to share your experiences, develop healthy coping strategies, and build resilience. Whether you're navigating a difficult season or seeking personal growth, I am committed to helping you feel supported and empowered every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe that every individual has unique strengths and experiences, so I tailor treatment to meet each client's specific needs and goals. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.

I utilize evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and mindfulness techniques, while incorporating trauma-informed care when appropriate. I work alongside clients to develop practical coping skills, improve emotional well-being, strengthen relationships, and build resilience.

Whether you are navigating pregnancy or postpartum challenges, anxiety, depression, life transitions, or everyday stressors, my goal is to help you gain insight, develop effective strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my goal is to create a welcoming, comfortable, and judgment-free space where you can begin sharing your story at your own pace. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, your personal history, and what you hope to achieve through counseling.

This session is also an opportunity for us to get to know one another. I'll explain my therapeutic approach, answer any questions you may have, and work with you to identify goals that are meaningful to you. Together, we'll develop a treatment plan that reflects your unique needs and strengths.

Whether you're seeking support for perinatal mental health, anxiety, depression, life transitions, or other challenges, you can expect to leave the first session with a better understanding of the therapeutic process and a clear plan for moving forward.
