Great to meet you!

Welcome everyone! My name is Khalilah Yadullah. I am a psychotherapist with over 18 years of experience. I’m dedicated to providing a safe, supportive space where individuals from ages 13 to 65+ can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Whether you're seeking guidance in navigating life's challenges, improving your mental well-being, or fostering personal growth, I look forward to working together to support your journey towards healing and self-discovery.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use DBT techniques to develop mindfulness, distress tolerance, and emotional regulation skills, clients cope with intense feelings and stressful situations. Through CBT, I help clients actively identify and reframe unhelpful thoughts, breaking the cycle of anxiety and self-doubt. By integrating these approaches, I help clients work on building healthier coping mechanisms, improving their interpersonal effectiveness, and creating a more balanced, fulfilling life.

What you can expect from our first session

In our first session, you can expect a supportive and non-judgmental space where you'll feel validated and heard. We’ll create a safe environment for you to share your thoughts and emotions freely. Together, we'll begin to explore different parts of yourself, focusing on processing, releasing, let go of self-judgment, allowing space for healing and growth. Most importantly, this session will be the start of building a meaningful connection and establishing a path toward deeper self-awareness.
