I work with clients to build a therapeutic relationship, increase awareness, and identify coping strategies that will teach resiliency and preparation for life's journey.
Primarily, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to address various problems. CBT allows us to identify thoughts, beliefs, feelings, emotional reasoning, and behaviors that prevent one from making decisions that will drive positive outcomes. Additionally, I use integrative therapeutic approaches that increase effectiveness of treatment outcomes based on the need of the individual.
My passion includes helping individuals who are suffering, understand why, instill hope, identify support, and learn how thoughts feelings, emotions, physical sensations, and behavior are interconnected. My core principles are love, equality, authenticity, and altruism.
