Great to meet you!

As a LCSW, I am able to assess, diagnose, treat and prevent mental illness, emotional and other behavioral disturbances. I specialize in patients across the lifespan (6-99) experiencing trauma, anxiety, panic, depression, life transitions couples/family therapy, teen issues, life after institutionalization, and many others.

My approach to therapy

I strongly believe in healing the whole person in order to fully thrive in each dimension of life. It is impossible to heal the body without healing the mind and vice versa. Targeting the mind generally impacts us to make better health and wealth decisions, which results in us living a more fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

Everyone should have access to adequate services no matter their age, gender, socioeconomic status, criminal background, etc. I'm sure this is something that you have been wanting to do for a long time and now that you are here you already faced the most challenging part. Take that next step. I am very proud of you! You should be very proud of your courage. I truly look forward to speaking to you.
