Great to meet you!

In today’s fast-paced world, where each person experiences life differently, I find deep fulfillment in working with individuals at any stage of their journey, helping them progress toward their goals. Supporting people as they explore their true selves, grasp their current realities, and reconnect with their core values is a privilege, as it enriches both their inner and outer lives. I focus on assisting both adolescents and adults in managing symptoms linked to addiction, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and impulsive behaviors.

Over the past five years, I have effectively used Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatic Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy. I am dedicated to helping clients from various backgrounds and cultures, enabling them to manage their mental health and overall well-being.

Beyond treating psychological and stress-related issues, I provide walking and hiking therapy as a distinctive healing method. If you'd like to learn how I can assist you, I welcome your contact to set up a session.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy involves partnering with the individual to explore their personal narrative and identify the stressors and core issues affecting them. I believe that the person knows themselves best, and my aim is to understand their true self so I can support them in becoming the best version of themselves.

What you can expect from me

Clients will hopefully understand how to best meet their needs through actions they have developed with me and themselves. Additionally, they will gain a blueprint for empowering themselves with actions that inspire hope and a sense of achievement.
