Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) with experience supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, stress, and major life changes. I work with teens and adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply trying to make sense of what they’re experiencing.

I understand that reaching out for therapy isn’t always easy. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, talking openly, and working through challenges without fear of judgment. I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and centered around your individual needs. I believe therapy should be a conversation, not a place where you’re being told what to do. I take time to understand your experiences, identify patterns that may be affecting your well-being, and help you develop practical ways to manage challenges.

I also believe in meeting people where they are. Some sessions may involve processing emotions, while others focus on problem-solving, building coping skills, or gaining a different perspective. We’ll work together to find what feels most helpful for you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. I’ll ask questions about what brought you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to gain from our time together.

There’s no pressure to share everything at once. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you while discussing your concerns, background, and goals. I also welcome any questions you may have about the therapy process. My priority is for you to leave feeling heard and with a better understanding of how we can move forward together.
