Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in how relationship systems—family, culture, and environment—shape emotional well-being, especially in relation to money. My work is grounded in systemic therapy and positive psychology, helping clients understand not just what feels stuck, but also what strengths they already have that haven’t been fully activated yet. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but feel internally overwhelmed, especially around money, stability, or self-worth. My style is creative, direct, solution-oriented, and occasionally uses a bit of humor when it helps us get unstuck and see things more clearly.

My approach to therapy

My approach is systemic, meaning we look at the bigger picture—relationships, family patterns, and learned beliefs—to understand what is shaping current stress and behaviors. I focus on both strengths and stuck points, helping clients recognize what is already working while shifting what is no longer serving them (even if it’s been running the show for years). Sessions are collaborative, honest, and action-oriented, with a balance of insight and practical steps forward. I work in a creative, direct, and solution-focused way that helps clients move from awareness into real change without overcomplicating the process.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a grounded, welcoming space where we start untangling what’s going on—especially around money, stress, relationships, or feeling stuck. We identify key patterns and strengths that are already present, even if they’ve been overlooked or underused. I ask a lot of clarifying questions and we start building a clear picture of what needs to shift and what support will actually be helpful. The tone is supportive, direct, and lightly humorous at times—because sometimes we need clarity and a little perspective shift to get momentum going.
