Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, life transitions, burnout, chronic stress, depression, and relationship challenges. I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and have specialized experience supporting BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ clients in navigating identity, healing, relationships, and personal growth.

Many of my clients identify as high-functioning—they are often the ones others depend on and may appear to have it all together on the outside, while internally struggling with overwhelm, anxiety, self-doubt, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or feeling stuck in survival mode. Together, we work to better understand the impact of stress, trauma, and life experiences while building practical tools to create meaningful and sustainable change.

My approach to therapy

My practice is fully virtual, allowing you to access support from the comfort of your own space. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, authentic, and tailored to your unique needs and goals.

My approach integrates evidence-based practices with nervous system awareness to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and stress responses. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, life changes, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, we'll work together to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, sustainable change.

I strive to provide a space where you can feel seen, supported, challenged, and empowered throughout your healing journey.

What you can expect from me

You may be the person everyone depends on—the one who keeps showing up, pushing through, and getting things done. Yet beneath the surface, you may feel overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious, disconnected, or stuck in survival mode.

I provide a supportive and affirming space where teens and adults can slow down, gain insight into their experiences, and develop practical tools for lasting change. Together, we'll explore the patterns, stressors, and life experiences that may be keeping you from feeling grounded, connected, and aligned with your best self.
