Great to meet you!

I am a warm, direct, and solution-oriented therapist with extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. Over the course of my career, I have provided therapy in schools, homes, community programs, private practice, and specialized treatment settings, helping individuals and families navigate a wide range of challenges. I received a Master of Social Work degree from Montclair State University.

My approach to therapy

Clients often appreciate my ability to balance warmth and genuine connection with honest, practical engagement that helps create meaningful change. I believe therapy should be both supportive and effective, offering a personalized approach that meets you where you are while helping you move confidently toward where you want to be.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel a bit like meeting a guide before a journey, you may know where you're struggling, but you're not expected to have the map. In our first session, we'll focus on getting to know each other naturally, not through an interrogation or checklist, but through a genuine conversation that helps us build rapport and establish trust. I'll want to understand what brings you in, what's important to you, and what you hope might be different in your life moving forward. You'll have the opportunity to ask questions, share at your own pace, and get a feel for how I work. By the end of our first meeting, my goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of how we can work together to create meaningful change.
