Great to meet you!

I bring a seasoned perspective to mental health care, blending nearly a decade of mental health-related work with some of California’s most respected providers—Hoag, Vitas, and Companion Hospice—with advanced training as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, having completed a rigorous education at West Coast University and specialized in a diverse range of psychological challenges, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and insomnia.

My approach to therapy

My clinical focus includes ADHD, anxiety, and depression—areas where the right treatment can change not just symptoms, but the trajectory of a person’s life. I take pride in crafting evidence-based, personalized plans that are as attentive to the science as they are to the human being in front of me.

What you can expect from me

Clients often describe my approach as equal parts structured and approachable: a professional who can speak the language of complex psychiatric care while still making the process feel human, grounded, and tailored to each individual's unique needs.
