I have over seven years of experience working in the mental health field, with much of my background focused on supporting children and parents. I work with parents, adolescents, young adults, individuals, and couples navigating challenges related to stress, anxiety, ADHD, and parenting.
In sessions, I aim to create a supportive, honest, and collaborative environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves. I naturally incorporate humor when it fits, while also being willing to gently confront patterns that may be keeping someone stuck. My goal is to help clients feel understood while supporting them in building healthier relationships, greater self-awareness, and meaningful change in their lives.
