Great to meet you!

I work with older teens, professional adults, and elders who feel worn down by depression, anxiety, women’s issues, or patterns of behavior that no longer fit the life they want. My style is calm, honest, and grounding—I’ll invite you to slow down, breathe, and show up exactly as you are, even with the imperfect parts. I’m a licensed professional therapist, and I’m passionate about creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and respected as we navigate life’s stressors together.

My approach to therapy

My approach is mindfulness-based and empowering. I draw from Mindfulness practices, Empowerment-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Together, we’ll look at how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact, and we’ll build practical skills you can use between sessions. I focus on helping you find calmer breathing room, shift unhelpful patterns, and move toward the changes that matter most to you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a gentle, structured conversation where we slow down and make space for your story. I’ll ask about what’s bringing you to therapy now, your history with depression, anxiety, women’s concerns, or behavior challenges, and what you hope will feel different. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—we’ll move at your pace. By the end of the session, we’ll identify a few initial goals and discuss next steps. If you’re ready to begin, visit my website to learn more, check my current availability, and book your first appointment.
