Great to meet you!

Outside the therapy room, I’m a mom of three, and my husband and I both serve as bi-vocational community leaders. I understand firsthand what it takes to balance family, ministry, work, and emotional well-being. I work with community servants—firefighters, church leaders, non-profit leaders, and government workers—and specialize in trauma, marriage, and parenting, with a particular passion for supporting families with children ages zero to three. My clinical focus includes PTSD, anxiety, adjustment disorder, depression, OCD, and developmental trauma. I help high-functioning leaders build a home life that feels just as steady and successful as the work they pour themselves into.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded, practical, and focused on real progress. Many clients come to me after trying therapy before and feeling like something was still missing. They often tell me that working with me feels different—more direct, more emotionally attuned, and more effective. I draw on trauma-informed care, attachment work, and clear communication strategies to help clients move past insight alone and into real change. My goal is to equip you with tools you can use in everyday life so you can see and feel the difference, not just talk about it.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect me to listen closely—really listen. I want to understand your story, not just the surface, but the parts you’ve carried quietly and the details that may have been overlooked in the past. I pay attention to the patterns, the subtle truths, and the big reality that might be sitting right in front of us but feels too heavy or intimidating to name. Our first session is about slowing down, getting to know who you are, and beginning to uncover what’s actually driving the stuck places. You can expect honesty, warmth, and a space where your story is taken seriously.
