Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with adolescents, adults, and families from diverse backgrounds who come to therapy with a variety of concerns, including formal mental health diagnoses. Her treatment approach is highly individualized and inherently trauma-informed. She uses an attachment lens, affirming that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to the problem of being human.

My approach to therapy

At Loamlight Counseling, I am dedicated to providing a space where you can feel safe, supported, and genuinely known. I offer compassionate, trauma-informed and evidence-based therapy services to individual adults, adolescents, and families navigating complex trauma, grief and loss, relationship challenges, and a range of other mental health concerns. Together, we will work toward growth that feels grounded, sustainable, and true to you.

What you can expect from me

During our initial session, I want to begin the process of getting to know you and will want to hear what your goals for our time are. My own goal will be to help us both be faithful in attempting to meet those goals, even if we need to cover various types of terrain to get to them! Ultimately, this space is yours.
