Great to meet you!

I am a therapist who works with children, adolescents, and families, and I am passionate about helping clients feel understood, supported, and empowered in their healing. My background includes working with youth and families navigating trauma, emotional regulation challenges, life stressors, and relationship difficulties. I value creating a space where clients can show up as they are without fear of judgment. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and develop tools that support lasting growth and well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, real, and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can be yourself without feeling judged or pressured. I meet you where you’re at and work with you to understand what’s going on, what’s been hard, and what you want to change. I focus on helping you build tools that actually fit your life while also creating space to process experiences, emotions, and patterns. Therapy with me is about feeling supported, gaining clarity, and moving at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a supportive and welcoming space to begin getting to know one another. We will talk through what has been going on, explore current challenges and strengths, and begin identifying goals for therapy. There is no pressure to have everything figured out, the focus is on feeling comfortable, heard, and starting to build a plan that feels helpful and personalized moving forward.
