Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and empowered to grow. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and stress. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs, using evidence-based techniques to help you build practical coping skills and lasting change. My goal is to help you gain insight, strengthen resilience, and move toward the life you want.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and goal-oriented. I tailor each session to your unique needs using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and trauma-informed care. Together, we’ll build practical coping skills, increase self-awareness, and work toward meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other in a comfortable, supportive, and judgment-free environment. We’ll discuss what brought you to therapy, explore your goals, and begin identifying the challenges you’d like to work through. Together, we’ll create a plan that fits your needs and helps you feel confident about your path forward.
