Great to meet you!

You might be running on empty, showing up for everyone else while quietly wondering when it will be your turn to feel okay. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, and I spend much of my time with women navigating anxiety, the weight of early motherhood, and stress that never seems to let up. My work is about creating a space where you can set down the pressure to be perfect and just be who you actually are, without fear of judgment. I work best with people who are ready to get curious about themselves and willing to show up as they are, not as they think they should be.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, we focus on building real, usable tools for managing anxiety so it stops running the show, especially the kind that shows up in motherhood and in trying to hold too many roles at once. We work collaboratively to find practical ways through the things that feel stuck, whether that is setting boundaries, easing the pressure of perfectionism, or learning to respond to stress instead of just absorbing it. Our conversations are honest and down to earth, and you will not be handed a script to follow. Clients who do best with me are ready to be real, open to looking at their own patterns, and willing to put in the work between sessions, not just during them.

What you can expect from me

Our first session together is simply a conversation. I want to understand what is weighing on you, what you have already tried, and what you are hoping is different on the other side of this. There is no pressure to have it all figured out before you walk in, and nothing you share will be met with judgment. If you are ready to stop carrying this on your own, I would love to hear from you and talk about what working together could look like.
